High Volume Staffing Optimization
STAFFING HIGH CALIBER INDIVIDUALS USING A SCREENING METHOD AND LOYALTY REFERRAL PROGRAM Our Event staff are an integral part of our organization, and their recruitment is critical to our success. Finding individuals who can invest their time in our mission can be costly, so we want to find ways to optimize this process so we can find great candidates faster, and spend more time serving our clients. We have a strong base of loyal and capable event staff but our business is extremely 4th quarter heavy so our staffing needs quadruple at this time. We would like the students to help us with one or more of the following: Develop a screening method to allow us to hire the best staff members we can find for the various activities we have Create a loyalty program for existing staff members to refer new potential staff for our roster. Document and evaluate the current state of our staff and staffing procedures, from the time the resource need is identified to the time the position is filled. Create visualizations and diagrams to help us identify strengths and pain points in our recruitment process.
