Team 2 did a fabulous job on their final deliverable. I'm so glad that they reached out to give an overview of the work that the team had undertaken to conduct their review and prepare their AWS recommendations for us to consider for our LMS training suite - this gave us the opportunity to provide them with an industry-standard type of template to prepare their recommendations. It was evident throughout the project that you took on the work and we really appreciated the level of collaboration and communication that was visible from each member of Team 2. LMS System - Security Sweep and Recommendations

CanAge is building out a training program for financial institutions (FIs) including banks, credit unions, financial planners, and other employees within this space. We've opted for an LMS suite that has the flexibility we need to scale our training offerings, but we want to ensure that we're able to apply the right kind of infrastructure and security to ensure that the environment is well-protected against attacks. We are not collecting a ton of data, but we will collect user data (names, emails, branch locations, etc.) and we want to be able to provide assurances to the FIs that their employee data is as safe as it can be. This project was funded through a grant from Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) through this solicitation. https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/Oca-bc.nsf/eng/ca02429.html Note: Data must be stored on Canadian-based servers.
