From system discovery to final delivery, they carried themselves with professionalism and delivered a high-quality outcome. I'm really enjoying this program. It brings me great talent and active students who are open and willing to try. That is really all i can ask for from an intern and appreciate their ability to be optimistic as well as disciplined on the projects we have, coupled with their own school work.

It's been great to work with Advance Ontario as it gives students a real opportunity to work in mental health that they otherwise would not get.

It was a pleasure working with Cyril. He has a great deal to offer any company he works with in the future. His skills were as he had represented in is resume. His work ethic was excellent. He learned very quickly the nuances of our business. He researched competitive companies and brought new ideas to the table. Cyril was very responsive in getting modifications done. His recommendation are first class. The presentation that Cyril presented to inform me of the requirements to improve our results on Google was excellent. I will be following through with his recommendations. Overall Cyril listened to my needs and wants and put together a comprehensive plan and took action to improve the our visibility on Google.

It was such a great experience with Advance Ontario - the onboarding was very smooth and support was always available if needed. The background of the students and the interest they had in the work we do aligned very well with our company. The students we worked with went beyond our expectations, and were a great help.

The Advance Ontario April 2025 Cohort showed great professionalism and creativity in developing the Fintech Branding Kit and visual assets. They demonstrated strong collaboration, timely communication, and delivered high-quality, aligned designs that effectively communicated the brand’s identity.

We skipped this one and are running programs in April instead.

Working with the Advance Ontario team on our project International Marketing and Funding Opportunities for Herb Immortal Inc. was a smooth and positive experience. The administrators, including Allyzae Mae G and Lovely Grace, were responsive, organized, and supportive throughout the engagement. Their clear communication and coordination helped ensure that everything stayed on track, from project kickoff to completion. They provided the structure and guidance that enabled students to thrive while also giving us, as employers, the flexibility to explore creative solutions. We truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the Advance Ontario team, and we look forward to more collaborations in the future.

This is a novel program that I think is excellent for students to get experience and compensation. I think businesses need to be cognizant that students have other commitments, and will often not be able to generate outstanding work.
