HerSay Technology Inc. is seeking to expand the reach of its women's health advocacy app by establishing a robust B2B growth strategy. The app aims to empower women by providing them with valuable health information and resources. The current challenge is to identify and engage potential business partners who can help amplify the app's impact and reach. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive strategy that outlines potential B2B partnerships, marketing approaches, and engagement tactics. Learners will analyze market trends, identify key industry players, and propose a new service offering that align with the app's mission. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of marketing, business development, and strategic planning in a real-world context.
