Working with Rebecca and the Exera Solutions team on the AI-Driven HR Platform Enhancement during the Advance Ontario April 2025 Cohort was an outstanding experience. From day one, she demonstrated genuine empathy and patience—always taking the time to listen to our questions, explain complex concepts in clear, accessible terms, and ensure every teammate felt supported. Her willingness to roll up her sleeves and dive into debugging sessions alongside us not only accelerated our learning but also fostered a truly collaborative environment where no concern felt too small to address. The Exera Solutions employers complemented her leadership perfectly: they set a clear strategic vision for the project while trusting us to explore creative solutions, provided just the right balance of guidance and autonomy, and maintained open channels of communication that kept everyone aligned and motivated.
