Working with Exera Solutions Inc. and specifically with Rebecca Lyons during the Advance Ontario January 2025 Cohort was an exceptional experience. Rebecca demonstrated outstanding leadership, clear communication, and genuine enthusiasm for fostering inclusive workplaces through innovative AI solutions. Her consistent support, structured weekly meetings, and openness to feedback created a collaborative environment that allowed our team to thrive. The project was well-organized and provided meaningful opportunities to apply business analysis, market research, financial forecasting, and strategic planning skills in a real-world context.
